圖表工具免費提供，完全在您的瀏覽器中執行，您輸入的資料不會上傳到我們的伺服器。
您用工具製作的圖表與下載的圖檔歸您所有，可自由使用，包括商業用途，無須標示出處。
地圖的行政區界線來自政府開放資料，依「政府資料開放授權條款」提供；圖表內容的正確性與資料的合法使用，由您自行負責。
The chart tools are free and run entirely in your browser; data you enter is not uploaded to our servers.
Charts you make with the tools and images you download are yours, free to use for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.
Administrative boundaries in the maps come from Taiwan government open data, under the Open Government Data License. You are responsible for the accuracy of your charts and for having the right to use your data.
PlotDB 平台已停止註冊、登入與編輯。過去公開發佈的圖表仍可透過原連結瀏覽與嵌入，但我們不保證會永久保留，並可能在事先公告後停止提供。
圖表與資料的權利屬於原作者。您可以依隱私權政策的說明，要求取回或刪除您的圖表與帳號資料。
The PlotDB platform no longer accepts sign-ups, sign-ins or edits. Charts published there remain viewable and embeddable through their links, but we do not promise to keep them forever, and may stop serving them after advance notice.
Charts and data belong to their authors. You can ask us to return or delete your charts and account data as described in the privacy policy.

We may limit or stop your use without notice if you do.
網站的設計、程式、文字與商標（包括 PlotDB 名稱與標誌）屬於我們或原權利人所有。網站使用的開源套件依其各自的授權條款提供。
The design, code, text and marks of the sites ( including the PlotDB name and logo ) belong to us or their respective owners. Open source packages used on the sites are provided under their own licenses.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN ALL CASES, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
我們可能因法令或服務的變動修訂本條款，修訂後會公布在本頁並更新頁首的日期。修訂內容自公布後 14 天起生效；但因應新功能或法律要求的修訂，自公布時起生效。

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China ( Taiwan ), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
