PlotDB Ltd. is the company that operates loading.io. If you purchased a subscription or assets on loading.io, the charge appears on your statement under our company name, "PlotDB Ltd., Taipei City", rather than loading.io, which can make it look unfamiliar.
If you have any questions about a charge, email contact [at] loading.io with the email address used for the purchase, and the date and amount of the charge. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
The PlotDB chart service no longer has any paid plans and does not create charges. Charges under the name PlotDB Ltd. usually come from a loading.io purchase or subscription. If you're sure you have never used loading.io, please let us know and we'll help look into it.
