我們使用 Google Analytics 了解網站的瀏覽情形，例如瀏覽的頁面、來源網站、裝置與瀏覽器類型、大致地區等。Google Analytics 會使用 cookie 辨識瀏覽器，但不會讓我們得知您的姓名或 email 等可識別個人身分的資料。
台灣地圖、Voronoi Treemap、Bump Chart 等圖表工具完全在您的瀏覽器中執行。您輸入或貼上的資料不會上傳到我們的伺服器，也不會被我們保存；下載的圖檔同樣是在瀏覽器中產生。
PlotDB 平台已停止註冊、登入與編輯，不再收集新的帳號資料。過去註冊時提供的資料仍保存在我們的資料庫中，用來讓已發佈的圖表能繼續瀏覽，並在您提出請求時協助取回或刪除，包括：
密碼在儲存前已經過加密雜湊處理，我們無法得知您的密碼。
We use Google Analytics to understand how the sites are used: pages viewed, referring sites, device and browser type, approximate region and so on. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize a browser, but does not tell us your name, email or other personally identifying information.
The chart tools ( Taiwan map, Voronoi treemap, bump chart ) run entirely in your browser. Data you type or paste is never uploaded to or stored on our servers, and downloaded images are generated in your browser as well.
The PlotDB platform no longer accepts sign-ups, sign-ins or edits, and collects no new account data. Data given when you registered is still kept in our database, so published charts stay viewable and so we can return or delete it when you ask. It includes:
Passwords were hashed before being stored, so we cannot know your password.

The only cookies on our sites now come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the sites and chart tools work the same either way.

Charts and data you published on PlotDB can be viewed by anyone with the link.
您可以隨時要求刪除您在 PlotDB 的帳號與所有相關資料，包括透過 Facebook 或 Google 登入時取得的資料：
我們會在收到信件後 7 天內回覆，並刪除您的帳號、個人資料、以及您建立的所有圖表與資料集。已刪除的圖表將無法再透過原連結瀏覽，嵌入在其他網站上的圖表也會一併失效。
我們的備份資料保存 180 天，資料自線上服務刪除後，備份中的資料也會在 180 天內自動清除。
You can ask us to delete your PlotDB account and all related data at any time, including data received through Facebook or Google sign-in:
We will reply within 7 days and delete your account, personal data, and all charts and datasets you created. Deleted charts can no longer be viewed through their links, and embeds of them on other sites will stop working.
Backups are kept for 180 days, so data removed from the live service is also gone from backups within 180 days.
您可以來信查詢、閱覽、複製、更正或刪除我們保存的個人資料，或要求停止使用。我們會在確認您的身分後盡快處理。
You can email us to access, copy, correct or delete the personal data we hold, or to ask us to stop using it. We will handle it once we have confirmed your identity.
